My love of exercise developed in my mid 20s where, I started teaching exercise to music classes as a hobby outside of my 9-5. I moved on to teaching in a variety of gyms covering anything from Body Combat to Spinning. I also loved running and completed many 5 and 10k runs for charity. In my early 30s I competed in my first Body Building competition and competed in Australia and the UK winning the BNBF English title. I went on to learn weightlifting and competed for Brunel University for their masters team in Olympic lifting. I discovered CrossFit in mid-2020 and fell in love with not only the challenges but the community.
My younger years were challenging, I was quite chubby and lacked confidence. Over the years as I've grown and enjoyed many different experiences and challenges in life these have helped me develop my personality and gain more confidence as the years go by.
My purpose for coaching is to help people achieve something they thought they couldn't. I feed off helping people from all walks of life and can help motivate even the most reluctant.
