Our Bring your baby classes are aimed at new parents who want real fitness results but who also want the flexibility of being able to bring their babies to training sessions. This is a regular CrossFit class in which parents are welcome to bring their little ones.
The class size for these are smaller to allow for more focus on scaling and modifying workouts to fit each athletes needs. There will be regular members in the class and we also welcome the Over 55s to attend. This class highlights one of CrossFit’s biggest strengths, the ability to scale workouts and allow a diverse range of athletes to receive the appropriate training stimulus and relative intensity to suit the individual.
Based on the results-driven strategy behind CrossFit Chiltern's regular sessions our Bring Your Baby sessions seek to give new parents a unique solution where they can come to a training session, access expert advice and support, while being able to bring their babies and workout whilst the babies either remain in their buggies or play in our playpen or on activity mats.
If you’d like your training to be more personalised then our 1:1 training is a great option. We are experienced at working with post natal athletes and we know the benefit that proper physical training can have your recovery after the birth of your child. In addition we also offer a Hybrid membership which gives you the best of both worlds combining 1:1 sessions with our CrossFit classes.
