HYROX training blends running with functional strength in a structured format that builds endurance, grit, and consistency. Our sessions follow the principles of the global race format while remaining accessible for anyone who wants focused, purposeful training. Whether you want to compete or simply enjoy structured conditioning, this program provides clear direction and measurable progress.

Really good gym, great coaches, and a welcoming group of existing members.
